AirfieldThe flying club building is the property of the flying club.it sits on vendors freehold land and uses local hookup for water, electricity etc. All other buildings.hangers etc are the sole ownership of the vendor. A lease exists between the vendor and the fenlan flying club. a 5 year rolling term is currently in place with a rental income currently from the flying club around £34,000 pa. Other rentals add up to around £18,000 pa. Fenland airfield is a very nice established 2x runway 35 acre grass airstrip and clubhouse.
