Port: 3 x brass anodised aluminium framed windows with top hopper style opening vents. 2 x brass anodised aluminium framed portholes with top hopper style opening vents. 1 x set of steel side doors, oak panelled internally.
Starboard: 3 x brass anodised aluminium framed windows with top hopper style opening vents. 2 x brass anodised aluminium framed portholes with top hopper style opening vents. 1 x set of steel side doors, oak panelled internally.

Water

300 litre stainless steel water tank housed beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator housed adjacent to the tank. 14 gallon, twin coil calorifier heated by the gas fired central heating boiler and/or the engine’s heat exchanger.

Heating

Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the lounge and the Alde gas fired boiler running fin-rads in each room.

Electrics

240v circuit.
240v landline socket with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
2 x 12v engine driven alternators 80 amp/hr and 40 amp/hr.
1 x 100 amp/hr engine start battery.

Exterior Finish

The boat was repainted in 2004 using quality coach paints and is in excellent condition. Last docked for hull blacking in 2004. The hull is protected by four sacrificial anodes which were also renewed in 2004.

Additional Items of Inventory

The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

Engine and transmission

The boat is powered by a 2.2L Yanmar Barrus Shire, 4 cylinder, water cooled, marine diesel engine with PRM gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers two 12v alternators to charge the start battery and leisure battery.

Gas

2 x 13kg Propane cylinders with manual change-over, housed in the stern locker, providing gas to the Alde central heating boiler and the oven, grill and hob.
